Shared Folder options

I've got an issue with sharing individual folders across a network at work. There are two sections to the office - the drawing office and the reception. At the moment there are 4 computers in the office, with two at reception.

As it stands all pc's can view the shared documents folder as well as any other folders that are shared. So as you can understand there are around 15 odd folders which all pcs can see.

My issue is that some folders dont need to be shared with everyone e.g folders with drawings dont need to be seen by Reception and letter files dont need to be viewed by the drawing office. Is there a way to restrict which computers view these folders / pick up the folders on the wireless network?

EDIT

Forgot to say all pcs are running xp home edition

Cant you just go on the network share and set permission of each folder? to read only, read/write or none

The network in the office isn't as good as i think it could be (half done by the it guy who set it up and half added by myself!).....Each pc will automatically find all shared folders as it would wireless networks (i think 5 in total around the office) but the only options are to either share the folder with the whole network or not at all but what I'm wanting is some folders shared with 4 pcs and some with just 2 pcs.

The funny thing is I'm sure setting up the printers was slightly different and there was permissions allowed (probably priority to print) in accessing the different printers.

I'll need to have a look at it again tomorrow when im back in the office.

I believe you would need to create copies of all user accounts on each PC. Then you could put the users you'd want to see the share into a group and then give this group the permissions to read and/or write. The smarter step would be to get a server but for a small company that may be overkill or too much of an expense.
