No, I just like how people get slightely offended from doing something that 'every guy' DOES NOT DO.
Makes me chuckle
they're not "slightly offended" (that would be a bit fruity

And yes, By early progress, I dont mean my lack of muscle, but so i can see exactly how my body is changing shape.

I'd stop there, he wouldn't understand![]()

There's nothing homosexual about removing hair. It's a lot cleaner than a hairy body.
My definition is slightly lost with body hair. So I'm more than happy to remove it.

You need to work out more![]()

Absolutely preposterous example.
If you were unfortunate to have that much hair, I think it would be a fair call. Besides Arnie was a professional bodybuilder where having bodyhair impairs the ability to see the muscle fibres. If I were to compete I'd obviously have to remove my chest and leg hair, but I'm not interested in competing.
The Sean Connery example was a perfect example. That's what a man is supposed to look like, none of this nancy boy hairless pre-pubescent obsession people have. I'm sure there must be an increase in oestrogen in people's diets these days as more and more "men" are becoming more and more like "boys".
However, everyone is an individual and if you want to get rid of your marker as an alpha male, then it is of course you're right to do so. It is however in my opinion and in my eyes a bit of a precious thing to do. Religious commitments aside, in terms of hygiene if you wash regularly and well it shouldn't be a problem either.

(Along with many other people)
Ultimately it's down to vanity - most women like a some chest hair on their men.
I'm a bloke I don't have to worry about my apperance

I'm a bloke I don't have to worry about my apperance
i bet u pull bare girls with that attitude.![]()
But as you say it's down to choice, so hey...Some people prefer not to have it, and if you have a good chest with 'too much' hair, then it's fair game.
I for one, do not want a ridiculously hairy chest like the one linked, so God knows what will happen by the time I'm 30 whatever....
I also believe that you have shaved before Freefaller![]()
Men don't have enough testosterone in their blood these days
Funnily enough, a lot of women also HATE chest hair...It's a thing that has come around in the recent years.

I'm a bloke I don't have to worry about my apperance

I have had my back and shoulders waxed before yes, and I admit it is down to vanity - I do it before going on holiday, but I don't bother if I'm just in the UK as I have no need to. Although it's only a little hair I don't like it. But it's people who deny it's down to vanityMen don't have enough testosterone in their blood these days
Why do you think that at 30 you suddenly get hairy?!![]()
I guess we go for different women - and mine tend to be around my age which seems to be the "old" around 30 age you alluded to earlier
I guess as a kid I'd hate to have hair on my body, especially when you're in your teenage years I suppose I can understand that you have so much insecurity and lack of confidence at that age that that doesn't help. I think as you get older you worry less about such things and realise that it's not a hinderance but a positive.
I guess also it just shows your social dynamics, all my friends/family/relationships etc... all the men are masculine and the women all tend to like the masculinity.
Everyone is different
Here here!!! Sums up the thread straight away!![]()

...Just comes from experience of girls I know or met saying 'I lime chest hair' and 'I don't like chest hair'.
