The time has come, started going grey before twenty, big fat receding line in my twenties, now in my forties well, looks like a dead grey haired alsatian.

In my mind, I am picturing Bruce Willis but in reality, I know will be one of those hairless cats.

Will probably look like an egg if lucky. Have had a buzz cut plenty of times but never took a razer to my head before.

Anyone done it and liked it, regretted it or indifferent?

I made the jump a while ago - although I have a head shape a little like kurt angle lol.

depending on how lazy I am I switch between using a braun series 9 every few days to keep skin or grow it out a month then cut it all back with a 0 then the braun.

I shaved my head and thought it looked awesome. Loved the low maintenance and the attention from baldophile women.

However the people closest to me weren't so keen and I noticed a few different reactions socially and at work, so I killed my dihydrotestosterone levels and got a hair transplant. Far more measured approach.

That is interesting that it changed how people interacted with you socially.

I have the Kurt Angle entrance theme stuck in my head now :(

I think I would do it but the 666 might show up too much.

I usually just do a trimmer over my head, I have toyed with going full cue ball but I always bottle out.

Is the Series 9 good for facial shaving too?

I gave up shaving ages ago after rip off blade prices and just the hassle of a wet shave and rubbish/cheap electric shavers.

Had alopecia a few years ago.. so lost "all" my hair, and I do mean all.. but most has come back, however when I grow my hair now there are 5 or 6 completely bald spots.. (very noticable!) so I just keep it all bald to stop myself looking like I had a fight with a straight razer.. and it only got me in a few areas..

I just use one of those head shaver things in the shower every other day .. seems to do the trick..

Do you wear a mini cowboy hat to cover it up?

I have done a pre-check and cannot feel any divots or bumps but who knows - lol Will find out when it is all gone.

Gave in with mine I think during the first lockdown at 32ish, run a foil head shaver over it a couple of times a week. Luckily it suits me and I've got a beard so I don't look like a totally hairless child :D

Baldophiles exist?

I shaved bald for a bit, using wet razor, and a Skull Shaver Pitbull to keep in in check.
I'm back to grey / thinning as I thought the look a bit 'aggressive' for my client facing role,
my better half didn't like it either.
