I'd recommend a decent razor, I like the Gillette Sensor or the Mach 3. Some of those disposable ones can be nasty.

Also use an aftershave moisterising balm. I have very sensitive skin and sometimes get a touch of eczema/dry skin especially after shaving, I've found the best thing for me is The King of Shaves aftershave balm, it works wonders for me even though it is a bit expensive.

Get a better razor, those disposables are utter tripe. Im using a Gillette Mach3 and its great.

Ive got an electric, but its not very good and irritates the skin a lot ore than a wet shave.

I usea cut throat now, seeing as I dotn shave often twice a week or so, no need for work . i use a cut throat yes it does take liek 20 mins to shave but damn is it a good shave!!!!

Maybe I'm odd but I just use cold water, Gillette shave gel and a Mach 3 razor and that seems to do me fine then have a shower to get the remains of any shaving foam off

just had a shave, this is my way of doing it, please excuse the spelling mistakes:

1) trim any longish hair before shaving, a basic £20 trimmer will do the job fine (great for when you havent been bothered to shave for a few weeks)
2) wash your face in very hot water along with a decent cleaner, something like simple for men pre shaving wash
3)use a few drops of shaving oil, i use k series shaving oil
4)use a nice sharp mach 3 (ideally turbo/m3 power, whatever its called), shave against the grain
5)wash face again in very hot water, add some more shaving oil
6) shave against the grain
7) use a decent face scrub/exfoliator wash
8) use a good moisturiser like the loreal for men range

Only wet shave once a week or something, use an electric razor at other times. Oh yes and of course moisturise.

Exactly what I use. Although I wish KOS would add a fragrance to their shaving stuff. It smells like urinals.

Also use King Of Shaves XCD perfecter and defender for a matte finish.

I use a hair clipper/ shaver thing, it gets it short enough and takes 2 mins, plus whisker pies can still be administered
