Shed / Outbuilding - what do I need so stuff won't rust or get mouldy

Mine will probably have a pent roof, so may not have that as an option? I’m not sure tbh. But I like that as a roof option; I definitely won’t be using felt.

Yeah, in a breathable membrane which allows air to pass but not water. Expensive, but glad I used it
I had to self build as it only has a single right angle! Maximum size in the space I had
