Shell32.dll problem

Hi all. While trying to launch Crysis I got a pop up stating that , and I quote: 'The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory and this occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32|SHELL32.dll occupied an address range reseved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.'

Now I've downloaded Shell32.dll and tried copying it to the system 32 folder but it stated that another program was using it. I then re-booted into safe mode and tried that and got the same message. How do I find out what program is using shell32.dll. Could this be a problem with a recent program install which is conflicting?

Cheers in advance
