Shift 2 nightmare handling

Now dont put this down to lack of experience, im very good when it comes to racing games.

Why is it that almost every car in the game wont even stay in a straight line :confused:

Its defo not my skill level, but I feel like constantly battling to keep the cars in a straight line, going round corners theres tons of oversteer too :eek:

Is there some better settings or something to try because this is ridiculous

because the game is extremely poor and unrealistic in terms of physics and handling

There's loads of input lag that still hasn't been properly fixed.

This was the same in Shift 1, but this time it seems to of gotten worse!

I want to do one of the Endurance events but, the biggest competition is controlling the car not the actual race

Ive tried manually tuning the suspension, cambers, tyres etc but no difference at all, it still drives like a shopping trolley

Over in the Shift TT thread everyone is using the juls mod which makes the game so much better to drive.

Been playing this past couple of days, biggest handling troubles I'm having are in drift, seems very hard to control especially when you want to make minor adjustments (e.g. turning onto a straight)

Yea, there's loads of oversteer and the best quick fix I find is reducing the tyre pressure some, rear tyres particularly.
