Doing this abit earlier than normal, submit your times as normal for week 2 combo until 18:00 then switch to week 3 combo, results will be done in about 1 hour

Mr F you youtube video looks totally unrealistic again, taking corners at unbelievable speeds that don't seem real. The car looks glued to the track most of the time. If I try taking corners at the same speeds as in your video I am off the track and in the wall! Tried numerous setup configs.

I know I always moan on here but I am a very competitive person, I don't mind loosing when I know everyone is playing fair but when I am so far behind I can't help but wonder why. It can't be just corner cutting again?

I had to turn ABS on just to get this lap, and its way off.

It must be down to controller settings, have a look at mine and compare it to your wheel settings.

I use ABS and I know Mr.F does too, in fact, I've been using ABS on his recommendation for a while now. I never used to and I don't in F1 2010. But you should try with ABS on, it doesn't make it that much easier, it's still a hell of a challenge, but it helps. :)

I don't use ABS anymore because i can brake harder and later also i can use more brakes going into the corners aswell.

This game with the settings I use can feel quite sim like, which is how I like it. The above videos just look arcade and I'm not sure why they look so different to mine.

Trying to make this game feel anything like a sim is just wrong because the physics in the are just wrong on so many levels, i have tried the mods to which they claim it feels like a sim but all they do it reduce the overall grip on cars because a when playing around with the MINI with one of those "sim" mods the top speed is higher by at least 4 mph because all the mod does it reduce the tyre fraction.

Sorry i can't accept that time because you need to take a screen shot of finishing positions and laps like it says in the rules (everyone has followed this rule)


Two Screen shots must be taken (Finishing Positions & Laps) at the end of the session. Lap times will not be included from mid race as these times show illegal lap times where corner cuts may have been taken, also the performance index needs to be shown in one of the screen shots (in the autolog under your time it shows either your performance index or the car you are using by flickering between both of them) but if you have already set a faster time and the current car does not show your time in autolog then the rule does not apply to you.

The combos are random so it's not the persons fault who went with a works car, if a car is not right for the track that the user randomly selected i will ask him if he wants to stick with that track or go with another one.
