Shift+Tab in steam

Ever since the new Steam has been out I cant bring up the steam client in game by using shift+tab.

I have checked and this is still my command for it.
any help?

Does it effect every game?
Also do you have EVGA Precision installed by any chance?

Its a common problem with EVGA Precision and Steam thought it might of been fixed but i aint used it for a while

Either change the Key mapping to something else other then shift+tab which should fix it
or with the EVGA app Setting RTSS' stealth mode ON should work

mine stopped working the other day i changed it to shift+* applied it then changed it back to shift+tab and it's all working ok now
