Always assume they're going to do a dangerous overtake or squeeze down a small gap, and you'll be OK .

To be fair, this is probably the best approach to take with all other road users.

As with others I agree, it's just saying make sure you are checking for people who are doing things they shouldn't and don't make assumptions that the road is clear. Good advice for all drivers to heed.
