I've waited all day listening for the bell....and it never went.
I checked on their web site and it said something like...card left no reply. NOT TRUE
I was at home, and he wanted an early finnish I reckon.
I rang my local branch and they asked what sort of door do you have.
I seems they have to write that down, but half glazed covers 50% of doors in UK.
I was in luck that day tho as the guy at the depot managed to bring it out to me at 8PM on a Friday.
Had the same thing recently. Absolute **** take tbh. They were just about to send ti back too
had to drive 30mins to go get it, i tell you what i havn't driven that fast back since my last order i ahd to pick up
Let me tell you a story 
My other hobby (even more expensive than a PC) is my Reef Tank.
a few weeks ago I ordered £120 of Snails, Crabs and Shrimp for the Tank, these are, of course, sent by courier (Not citylink) with a 'Before 12' and 'Urgent, livestock' stickers on them. (After about 24hrs the poor little sods will begin to slowly die as the water gets colder and colder)
It gets to about 1pm and I get a bit worried, phone the local courier depot and they say "Oh, the driver turned up, wasn't sure if it was your house so went away again"
You can Imagine the sort of thing I said.
The driver then came out again to deliver the box.
I waited until about 3pm and phoned back again "Oh, the drivers back with a signed delivery sheet"
So, by this time he had no only not delivered the goods to me, he had delivered the goods to someone else who actually signed for them.
The Driver finally found me at around 6.00pm after explaining to him exactly where I lived (English was not his first language shall we say......)

Only lost one shrimp in the end, bit sad but in the end that was a pretty good result.
If it had been left until the morning, disaster.

Tales like yours is the reason why i never mail order livestock for my tanks.
The other 99% of the time i've found everythings fine.
Just this once.
TBH you have to Mailorder Clean-up-crew for a Marine tank, £6.99 for a Red Leg Hermit at a LFS, £2.75 from Reefcritters.
Bit like Going to PC world for your CPU instead of OcUK
