Shipping from the US to the UK

I've just bought a US SNES from Ebay.com and I need to get it from the US to the UK. The parcel weighs 5kg and so far the cheapest shipping is $50 with USPS. Can anyone else recommend me a cheaper postal company as £25 is a little more than I wanted to pay.

Do Parcelforce do international shipping? I would check them out. I think £25 is fairly reasonable though.

Is it? I have no real idea of shipping costs tbh. If £25 is reasonable I'll just go with that then

USPS are usually the cheapest by a long way

they do have different services though

If you're in no rush to receive the item, you can have it sent via USPS surface mail. This will see it sent by ship, not air, and as such costs a lot less.
Be warned though, it can take a couple of months to arrive.
