Shipping Weight Problems

Hi all,

Live in Jersey - have been able to add to my cart (full systems, monitor, keyboard and mouse) previously with no problems.

Tried again today to see total cost etc and I'm now being told that I'm over my weight for shipping?

Any ideas?

I get that too, something to do with the free shipping AFAIK. Signing in gets rid of it for me (I don't qualify for the free shipping

)
