thats because they didn't pick up all that they should have, silly DPD people error, mine was one of them to, next day now been 4 days, ah well better than snail mail and not OC fault either.

xmas and new year rush, maybe roads as well, it will come that's all that matters, better late than never.
 
Yea, i would say because of new year and the christmas period, its a little slow... it's what you expect this time of year...

did you pay for economy or next day delivery?

as stated, its the xmas period, if you paid for next day delivery and it didn't arrive, contact OcUK via phone and see if you can get the cost of the shipping back a bit... all you can really do!
 
Because im stuck atm with a 5450 gpu which is horrible cant do anything with it and i needed an emergency new one so yeh thats why i bought an expencive one when a moderator said he would make sure i will receive it tomorrow, should i just trust him and not worry about the dpd tracking system?
 
It took a little while for my Saturday delivery status to change when I ordered last week.
 
We regret to inform you that DPD failed to collect our shipment on Monday. This means that your order will be delivered tomorrow, Thursday 3rd January.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. DPD had confirmed their collection dates for the festive period and were expected to collect as usual.

but thursday came and went so friday now, DPD came but only brought another one of me orders, so more postage for OC, should have come altogether as someone has to pay for it, all us in the end.

time of year, no worries it happens, more often to me than some, but hay ho, it could be worse, gf could find out how much it all came to :)
