Shocked in prices between standard and performance brake pads.

Apparently the Mintex pads have issues un that they are smaller than the discs and so cause a lip on the outer edge of the disk and ruin then.

Shame as I liked my last set of Mintex on the Saxo.

I thought that was the deal on all brake pads? :confused:

To a point, but the mintex ones are a different size to all the other pads by about 10mm. I will see if I can find the picture from the forum.

Surprises me, might be worth checking if they are the standard Mintex ones or the higher spec 1144s (and upwards). Definitely not had that issue on mine.

Not sure, but I will ask.

Added pictures now, I think its only that particular fitting of pad that is different to all the others for the GT4.
