Shocking garage experience

Twoc would be a potential depending on implied permission for extended test drive - would be too difficult to prove however.

There are other clear traffic offences mind.

name and shame! :O what a plum.

I don't drive my car like that never mind drive someone elses car like that!

speeding, undertaking etc that's just asking for trouble!

then slamming on the brakes when he got to speed camera.. eh.

Shocking stuff indeed. However, before going everywhere I would also agree you should give them a chance to make this right. You could ruin a businesses reputation just on the actions of one member of staff, which wouldn't be fair to the owners (although they are responsible for sure). The standard of driving, either way, should probably be reported. Traffic accidents still kill lots of people every year and driving like that it's probably more of a when than an if. If reporting makes them think before driving next time then it's time well spent.

I've managed to see which company it is, but obviously won't discuss without the OP's permission. That video is shocking though.

To think they says they can do Aston martin gearboxes too :p:mad:

It's pretty difficult to find a trustworthy garage that does a good job and has reasonable prices. Cold engine bit

It's really saddening how you can't trust people these days.

This is what bothers me, people who don't give a ****. I've got my car booked in to get a noise looked at. It's a small garage that is a VW-Audi specialist and has a lot of good reviews. It's like 20 miles from my house, but if that's what it takes to get someone that is good at their job and gives a ****, then it's well worth it.

I've taken the video down for now. Spoke to police on 101, they have said there is grounds for charges. I am just waiting to hear from the garage before I decide if I'm gonna name and shame or not.
