Shopping help neede please!

Hey peeps, my photo shop skills are useless unless its
enhancing piccies ive taken, this is somehting different thou!

Im trying to change this piccy.

Ideally i want just *** face and headphones in it and for them to be black,
and *** part inside the face white/skin coloured!

Can anyone help please???

Edit:What colour the background? Ihave the balck headphones and face on a white background. The face white too?
