on the tale of shopping woes, i was going to a party last night and had no clean jeans, so i went and quickly bought some new ones in town, got them home and realised i had got the wrong leg size, so i had to wear them literally hangin of me bum with the belt as tight as, got some funny looks lol

The reason I took that pic like that was when I saw a pic from the BBQ meet it hit me that I needed to lose weight and then when I thought I had made a bit of progess I wanted to re-create the pose with the same clothes on so I could compare

BBQ pic was August 2005 and that pic was about March 2006

You’re comfortable and proud enough of yourself to show others, perhaps even inspiring them in the process. Not only that but to admit you not happy and then do what you need to do to be satisfied, takes a lot of courage.
