Short cpu coolers

Please recommend me a short cpu cooler for i3, reading many reviews not helping because they are for huge towering things compared to shorter ones everything looks like a marginal improvement over stock intel cooler.

Depending on work duration it idles anywhere from 18-30oC and peaking around 65oC for sustained periods of heavy work.

From front face of the motherboard to inside edge of case is approx 13cm deep, can't find anything decent which will fit and worthwhile over stock i3 cooler.

I did look at these but both seemed to get conflicting reviews?

i've never used the freezer 13 so cant really comment,

The freezer 7 though is mildly ok, it will do a fine job with a medium overclock on the chip, it starts to show it's entry levelness when you up the volts towards the chips limit, not sure how the intel i3 range go in that aspect, but under my rig it started slipping with 1.45Vcore pushed through it
