I wouldn't be particularly unless the drive is failing to be read, while 56C is hot for a drive it won't kill it immediately, not to mention that the sensors aren't always that accurate. If you can though I'd direct a fan over it to cool it down a bit.
Pretty poor on the minimum transfer rate I'm afraid however the rest isn't too bad overall, that is an IDE drive isn't it? For comparison I've just tested my (3 year old) SATA Maxtor 200gb and I get a minimum transfer rate of 40.2mb/s, a maximum of 57.9mb/s, average of 50.4mb/s and an access time of 13.3ms.
