I have seen auto fold up m5 mirrors (like the m3's) to fit an e39 for £250 - where will this stop.....

When you've paid so much on mods you might as well have just bought a newer E39 5 Series Sport?

Ahh not so. I am still under the sticker prive that the previous seller was asking for it, which was £3995.

Car: £2500
Lights: £319
M5 Spoiler (pattern): £45
Alloys: £660

Total: £3524

Less the cash that my old car went for - £750

Total: £2774

+£250 M5 mirrors + £100 to spray them
+£600 Sport front bumper + £200 to spray it
+£400 Sport rear bumper + £150 to spray it
+£200 for exhuast to fit sport bumper

= £5424 :p

Mind you, given how it'll look, still a bargain..

It looks like you have the angel eye lights, so it would look better colour coded since facelifted models are. Also get the rear lights to the facelifted style.

Well no, the Sport models are not colour coded and thats the look he is going for. Only the SE's are colour coded, and they have different bumpers anyway.

the m5 wheels look ace. much better than style 37 IMO*

Glad I got them aswell, no matter how much people think am copying an m5.
