Should I / do I need to get two 8000GTX in SLI?

I think you've either listed your MB or your CPU wrong. The 5200+ is a socket AM2 processor, not 939.
 
why do everyone mention getting the e6600 when the e6420 is almost the same in overclocking? albeit you might not know about overclocking its good to learn as you can save yourself a few quid and get the same results (with good case cooling) imo stock cooling is also fine for overclocking especially with core 2's.
