I've been improving with my diet recently. I noticed things were going slightly out of control before.
So I've started eating better and rather than drinking every night as I used to, I haven't had any alcohol so far this week. However, now it's Friday and I'd like a few beers and just to relax on our roof terrace. This won't make any grand difference to a 'good diet' will it? For those of you who drink beer in the evenings, how often do you do it?
