should i get another GTX280 or wait until Dx11?? any advice?

Go for it. I think its the best upgrade you can do at the moment. I don't think ive seen any dx11 games anounced or screen shots off how it compares to dx 10. THink off how long ati cards hace had dx10.1 support but do you see the market flooded with dx10.1 games. And besides i think deep down you want lol. You got the cash then spend it

Waste of time waiting, look how long it took for Dx10 to even start getting used in the odd title after the first gen Dx10 8800's appeared, everyone was just buying those for Dx9.

Dx11 cards will be the same, by the time theres about a handfull of games using it, we'll all have moved on.

The first gens will only be good for Dx10.

even if we do get DX11 cards by the end of Q4 2009 i doubt any games will support it until around Spring or summer 2010 or something like that

very good points guys and you have convinced me especially because i really like the GTX 280, i am going to order another one later on this weekend...

if i wanted to go absolutley mental could my pc handle Tri-Sli GTX 280s? i have asus p6t deluxe, 750w corsair psu.. all i have at the moment in my PCI slots is my GTX 280 so i have 2 slots left over but the GTX 280s are quite huge.....

lol. If you want them, go for it! I understand the position. I have one, and now will wait for a bit until games really need more.
