Looks like an OK sync rate for that level of attenuation. The stats seem to suggest you live quite far from your exchange.
 
You are getting about the right speed for your attentuation but your SNR margin is a bit low.

I'd try looking into your wiring and check from the test socket to see if that help increase your sync rate.
