Maybe a Don will a create a poll - not sure.

Anyway having been wrongfully accused via operation crackdown in Sussex I wonder if I should shop this guy? I was accused of speeding in a 30mph zone on a road that doesn't have a 30 limit! They deleted the warning after I asked for details of where I was allegedly speeding.
However this guy clearly passing at least three cars to jump a red light. I do have the reg number and images of the van behind me.

Not a fan of inpatient drivers.

Andi.

Yes, do it. And the next one, and the next one, and the next one, each time knocking off 5 mins of your life from the frustration and another 15 mins for the actual deed of shopping him.

Or just get on with your life and let their fate come to them. Your choice ;)

Given the lights are there for the safety of workers and oncoming traffic, of course! You have good evidence which is what counts here. The worse they'll get is a warning from a PCSO but it will mean a marker will be placed on the van for future issues with them.

At least that's how it's worked for horse related incidents with my mother who wears a helmet cam.

To be honest, genuine mistakes I wouldn't because we all make them. But overtaking three cars waiting at a red traffic light and driving through it? That's not a mistake. That is sheer idiocy.

Looking at the type of vehicle, it's highly likely to be no registered keeper / not insured to the real driver / on cloned plates etc etc, which is probably why he drives like that in the first place. I don't see any point in reporting it - the only time I've reported anything like that is when an untaxed, uninsured driver drove into the side of me on a roundabout and ran off - the police contacted the RK but didn't get anywhere as it was the standard pool car type situation associated with a certain demographic in East London / Bradford etc.
