Should i remove RAM fans?

I am Running my CPU heatsink passively and using a ram fan(blactivecool) to cool rams(no overvolt) but those fans are too much loud for my taste and they don't have PWM control.
So would removing it have any bad effects on my rams because of lower airflow?
Or should i swap those fans for server fans(38mm thick deltas which can get 8K RPM @ 100% PWM) and rev them down with PWM signal?
Case: PC-A10
Top compartment intake: 2x V12E12BS1B5-07 @1500 RPM.
Bottom compartment intake: 120mm stock fan.
Back exhaust: 120mm stock.
Top Exhaust: 120mm stock.
CPU HSF: Hyper 612 v2(without fans).

They are pointless, just make sure you have good case air flow and it'll be fine

I sometimes do renders that stretch to 24-40 hours.
