Should I return this monitor?

It's a BenQ XL2420T.

I've noticed minor backlight bleeding at the bottom, now a bit in the bottom right corner. However, now I notice a very feint band across the centre which wasn't there from the start and now its starting to look cloudy on the sides.

There are no dead pixels. I bought around 9 days ago.

Am I fussing too much?

Also, should I get a replacement or would you suggest the 27" Samsung 120hz monitor? I'd like a big enough one for films, but playing games too.

However, if it means unfortunately going back to 60hz, what would be the best for gaming that has good/non-washed out colours?
