I received an all in one printer today sold as new from a third party storefront on amazon, and as I unpacked it, it looks to me like it's been repackaged. It cost £114.99 plus £8.99 shipping, considerably more than the £99 it sells for in a famous high street retailer. I only bought it online because I had a £50 gift certificate with them. It was delivered in just the Epson box, not within a plain protective cardboard box, and consequently the Epson box has been somewhat ruined.
The protective plastic on the printer looks like it has been re-stuck down as it's rippled, (I presume it would be stuck down smoother from the factory) the sellotape on the plug is twisted with sticky side up and some white paper stuck to it, and there's no standard protective cap over the 3 plug pins.
What would you do, continue unpacking and setting it up or leave it and get it replaced? The seller feedback is generally very good, but it annoys me that I've effectively been sold what seems to be 'new other' rather than new.

Oh and hairline scratch on lid.
