Which makes it effectively illegal because all front windows are at least partially tinted from the factory, meaning its impossible to add any money and still let through 75%.

Worst they can do though is tell you to remove it.

So whats the point in doing it given it'll get removed anyway? They can even make you removed it at the side of the road, and you'll look like a turnip driving around with full tints anyway.

Still at least it will match those terrible plates.

Exactly. I got pulled over because the police officer thought that my tints were too dark. The rear and rear sides are dark smoke but the fronts are factory tint which, according to their gadget that they used, let 75% of the light through so they were right on the limit by themselves.
