Should I trade in my oiginal 60gig ps3 for a new slim model?

If you're going to do it. Don't trade it in. Stick it on Gumtree for more than the trade in value. If it sells then go for it. If not then keep it.
I sold mine the other month for £250 (with a bunch of rubbish games).
I'd keep it though if I was you. The console must be due to be replaced in the next 12-18 months so when the new one comes out the value of the old ones will plummet.
