Hi, I am looking to upgrade my pc over the next couple of months, I don't really want to spend a huge amount but I am open to all ideas at the moment.

So far my computer has:

Motherboard: Giga-Byte GA-78LMT-S2P
Maximum memory: 16384MB
Slots:2 (2 banks of 1)
Installed Ram: 6GB (4GB 2GB)
Storage: SATA 2 - 3Gb/s
Chipset: AMD 760G
Graphics card: PCI Express x16
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-4100 Quad-Core Processor
System Type: 64-bit Operating System

Anything else you need to know? This is my first time posting something like this so not sure on the info you may need...

I could possibly do with buying a new case too so any idea on that?

Just looking for advice really on how I should start upgrading my pc or if I should even bother upgrading and just buy a new, I tend to play a lot of games and would like to start playing more modern games like Battlefield, Fifa and so on..

Thankyou

Samsung 250GB SSD is the way to go..

If you go with a new GPU I would also recommend a new PSU.

Followed by that you can look at a new CPU+mobo

SSD and making sure you have 8GB RAM would be a massive improvement, I'd probably upgrade the power supply to a better model and add in a second hand GPU. So spend £50 on a SSD and £30 on 2x4GB 1600mhz pack (all new) and get a decent 600w for £50 (new) and used HD 7970/HD 7950 for £70. If you do this anything @1080p is easy peacy!

All new, something like this but as mentioned above the second hand market can save you a fair bit.

would this kind of case fit my needs.. Galaxy Bubble BLUE LED Desktop PC Computer Mini Tower Gaming Case

Also would I need any extra wires or connectors for all of the fans to connect to my Mobo?

ok so my case has a USB 3.0 on the front panel but I don't have a clue where it connects on my Mobo... Do I need an adapter or anything for it?
