Should I use ACHI bios setting

Sorry if these are a daft questions.
I am planning to reinstall Win 7 64 bit Home Premium on Sunday.
Should I use ACHI? Apart from NCQ & hot swap any other beneiits?
Is there a risk of data loss on my existing drves/partions changing from IDE compatible?
Only 2 or 3 of my 4 drives have NCQ.

NCQ is slower for non-server uses. You only gain automatic detection of drives really.

You wouldn't;t lose any data,
