ISTM that particularly the technical forums are a huge data source that could be mined by an AI tool to answer or give insight to issues. Either by adding an AI query option or by requesting an AI answer to a post. I'm guessing the entire OCUK forums - graphics and videos aside - could fit inside several gigabytes. As such I'm guessing the likely hardware required is going to be on the smaller end, perhaps even trivial for a company like OCUK. A quick shows that there are several AI integration tools for Xenforo. How easy would this be? What do you think of adding AI?

I must confess surprise at the immediate negativity. Surely AI is better at searching all the thousands upon thousands of posts than we are?

Quite, the level of confidently wrong answers from AI would give some of the SC lot a run for their money ;)

I would hate that. But equally if OcUK wanted to install it then I accept that the forums are provided free so would understand.
