Poll: Should OcUK use Amtrak or City Link couriers?

UPS will not deal with us on a competitive basis because of the volume of home deliveries.

There is a cost difference between both companies in the poll, but it is meaningless without a customer satisfaction rating.

Regarding Royal mail.

The only good service they offer is Special Delivery and that is horifically expensive for anything over 2KG. Signed for 1st and 2nd class are a joke. We offer it purely to provide a low-cost service for light and cheap items, but it's unreliable and when stuff gets lost Royal mail send us a book of stamps. Great

I've never had any problem with Royal Mail Special Delivery -wherever- I am. Why do OCUK not offer this?

Out of interest, is there any specific reason/s for not using both? Therefore giving us the choice of which company we feel most comfortable with.

Yep, could use both but at worse rates so would cost you more. Bigger piece of pie = lower charges.

You see, you just can't please all the people, all of the time. But as the poll results indicate you can please most of the people, most of the time.

But can't you fool all the people some of the time into thinking some of the time that they're pleased all of the time?

You could try, but most people would be far more intelligent than that
