Greetings and salutations

I was wondering if any1 could be kind enough and advise me if the below system should still be able to run World of Warcraft not at full say 50% - 60% settings and at 1920x1200.
Am I living in a dream world wanting it to run smoothly in a 25man raid?

Any constructive advice will be greatly appreciated :)

As per below build

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 "Energy Efficient SLACR 95W Edition" 2.40GHz (1066FSB)
Abit IP35 Pro XE Intel P35 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
OCZ Gold Edition 4GB (2x2GB) PC2-6400C5 Dual Channel Series (OCZ2G8004GK)
Gainward ATI Radeon HD 4870 X2 Golden Sample 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
Corsair TX 650W ATX SLi Compliant Power Supply (CMPSU-650TXUK)

I would very suprised if it didnt. Just turn off AA and shadows and it will be fine on max settings i would have thought.

The AA and shadows really hammer your system as its so badly coded.

It will certainly be fine if you crank down other settings but you may not have to.

Thank you for your reply I will defo do that when I get home (if I have not already done so when trying to tweak it)
its my brothers rig and started off running like a dream yet now is just sluggish and a pain when tanking especially, did the whole defrag/system clean up so don’t know if I need to re-build or something
i will defo look through the settings again thank you :)

its more than enough to run wow with everythign on full whack tbh.
you could take a look at the addons youre using and how much resources theyre taking up, then try to find ones that are lighter load etc.
