Should you Defrag an SSD?

Just wondering, Its the first one I've owned and ive just finished installing all of the stuff I want on my system drive.

Should you Defrag them? a lot of ppl say it shortens the lifespan of the drive :/?

On a side note, I really dont know how I lived without one of these things, the difference is unreal, I used to think it didnt matter - untill now lol.
 
Data fragmentation doesn't matter much as there is no real access time, defragging will reduce the life of the ssd too. Trim should take care of cross chip fragments automatically.
