Hi,

I injured my shoulder a while ago doing bench press. As I was pushing up it felt like something in my right shoulder rubbed internally. Was fairly sore for a few weeks so just stayed away from the gym. After that I had the gym physio take a look and he did some massage, stretches and exercises but it's not been the same since.

In normal movement it's fine now but if I go to do bench, incline bench or overhead press I can feel it's still wrong (only tested with light weights). There's still some clicking in there through these kinds of motion.

So who should I go to see now to get it fixed?

Aye, GP to set up an ultrasound. For them to get the results back and say "yes, you've torn your shoulder muscle, nothing you can do but rest. No physio, nothing!!!!"
My chiropractor went bananas when i told her that's what the GP said to me.

Not all GP's are created equal.

You're literally just using the GP to find out if there's any crazy obvious physical damage, once that's done find a good physio.
I know we've got a few guys based around London so I'm sure someone will have some recommendations.
