Very simple, open a terminal window and type:

Code: 
defaults write com.apple.dock no-glass -boolean YES

The restart the dock by typing:

Code: 
killall Dock

Also got an Airport Extreme (not visible on image).

Looks crap with the flash and my shutter speed cannot be changed so the night one is just a blur. That's at my student accomodation. At home I'd have a Windows desktop with an NZXT case next to the MBP.

P.s. the macbook pro really needs more USB ports.
