the 40" TV is high to be above the 30" Monitor, & i have a seat 7 foot away to sit on so do not have to look up.

the 24" in the corner is a Digital Photo frame most people stand up to see it

Thanks, the room is an L shape with one narrow end (pictured), the desk top just happened to meet the exact measurements of the gap and couldn't fit any more perfect

Likewise, the shelf is cut to size too. Desk, shelves and chair are from Ikea.

Thanks. I think the 27" would have been too big in this alcove (100cm width). Also, my previous machine was a 15.4" dell laptop, so this seems massive in comparison!
