This thread is for you to post images of your latest and tasty dish.

Let's get cooking today and get some images up, but remember to take a picture of the dish with the food on it! We want the before photos, not the after.

The rules are simple.

Rubbish pics but a couple of things I've cooked recently...

First is a game pie.

Pheasant, venison, (and some turkey to pad it out). Slow cooked with lots of wine, the pie also has a celeriac puree spread on the bottom which really set it off. Was served with a redcurrant jelly sauce, jerusalem artichokes and purple sprouting. Pretty epic

Then a Normandy apple tart for pudding. Homemade pastry (pate brisee), frangipane filling (almond).

Looks good but boiled potatoes?! As for the roasties, chuck them in when the turkeys out and resting. They will cook quicker as there won't be all the steam coming off the bird, and obviously you'll get more room. The turkey will stay hot.
