Does anyone else participate in opening up little doors for chocolate in the build up to Christmas?

A week tomorrow we'll be able to start ours:

Yes I know I should act my age but my other half and I have bought each other these for years now :D

Advent calendars are great :D

Hands up who has ever "accidentally" eaten and opened every door in the first day/week? ;)

Oh young Padawan, you have much to learn.

The true way is to cut the celetape of the box with a knife and pull out the plastic tray, hence keeping the doors sealed.

funny how the topgear one says "surprise gift" in one bubble, and then "free keyring" in another :D

sadly I've not got one :( haven't had one for a while either

I am getting some for the family from Thorntons, the personalisation of the chocolate in the 24th box is an added bonus :)

Its all about the quality of the chocolate :D

I remember buying 50 Calendars for £2.50 on like the 2nd January many years ago when i worked at @place@. Was like 7 years ago. Meh.

I have one every year. Christmas is fun. Regardless of your age, you should always have one. Christmas is about giving, its great fun. :)

Not keen on advent calendars, not a big fan of chocolate full stop so my brother used to get double when we were little and i got nothing! :(

I'll have a look to see if there's any decent looking ones at a reasonable price when I'm next at the shops.
