Show us your meat!

Well done is a waste of good meat. I eat medium rare/rare dependant on who's cooking. I'd love to see someone cooking something blue, why even cook it? :D

Sear the outside as quickly as possible then eat it :p Tbh these days I just use the blow torch to cook the outsides of things that don't need "real" cooking. I do quite like my meat to be at least hot all the way through though (so to speak) ;)
 
Good choice ELSco is fantastic.
I also have a pickled brisket in the freezer and Bavette as well as other stuff.

Their angle hot gut sausages are pure awesome.


Since when did they change their name/website. Only ordered 3 weeks ago and it wasn't like that.

Will also be ordering on payday in a week. It's every month now on payday, get a box for the month and a bit extra, that way freezer builds up with choice.

Looks like they're opening a butcher's shop under the name Turner & George so are changing the website to reflect that.

The shop is a bit far away to be convenient for me, but I'm within the free delivery location anyway.

FrenchTart, will definitely report back on the Onglet. I've had it in restaurants but never cooked it myself so hopefully won't mess it up!

I think it was Wednesday. I went there at midday just to browse and was frustrated that I had to wait until the afternoon before the new website was up :( :D. I did look into the name change and was relieved that it was just that, a name change and not a buyout.
