these are the ones used in the photos. Ive changed from the ones i posted in the AVForums thread on the F86, largely due to the fact those were the D65 settings for the M86, but hashed about a bit

i've got that DVD reciever setup thing, it's a shame they only put 1 aux in the back

, i got a splitter for my pc and my V+ for the aux, but now i can't get my ps3 into it, might have to invest in a proper receiver seeing as though the ps3 upscales DVD.

I can't be bothered to wall mount the screen as our landlord has decided to sell the flat

Although it is slightly annoying that the image displays on the centre speaker a bit, saying that I don't really notice it when playing games or watching movies.

I don't really have a preference. I have a premium in the sitting room so I just swap the HDD between the two. I have the core with this setup as it has an HDMI input

I just realised that the pic I have taken doesn't have the HDD in it

In fact, if I remember rightly it isn't even plugged in in this pic

Very nice, I've been sooo tempted to get the HD65 but I'm worried about the rainbow effect, I take it you've not had any problems ?

When I first got it I found it very distracting and I began to regret buying it. I have only had it about 2 weeks now but already it doesn't bother me any more, not because I don't find it annoying, purely because I don't see it at all.

It's hard to explain really. But at the moment I am very happy and the rainbow effect (or lack of it) isn't causing me issues any more I am pleased to say

I've just noticed your post over on avforums lol, I was reading through the HD65 thread to try and gather some inspiration to purchase one, anyway thanks for your honest post, I think I'm going to have to find a shop where I can preview one first, I could go for an LCD projector but the only decent 'cheap' LCD projector out there atm is Panasonic PT-AX200 but people seem to having allot of issues with these.

have just joined the HD camp so here it is:

really happy with the setup, colours are immense on the tv and recently got all the bits for my hifi and have it all hooked up

i think im gonna have to replay all my games in hd now
