LOL, if you didn't follow F1 then you could easily assume that he is a made up super character because of his name and the fact it's who you load up with by default - probably for the US market?

Has anyone downloaded the Jap demo and seen if you get Takuma Sato as default?

To be honest i think it looks kinda crap standing up as its just way too bulky for my liking. The design of the ps3 is practically the same as the ps2 (in terms of general shape) they just rounded it off instead of having it flat. Just looks to me like the decision to have it stand as well as lay flat was made in the 11th hour.

I have mine standing at the minute and it looks kinda odd, will post pics when i get it sorted out.
 
I agree - it's the 1st time I've seen one upright, and it doesn't do it any justice.

Couple of questions... Joebob, what's the TV? It looks very stylish.

What are people's opinions of F1...? Does it play as nice as it looks?

Its a 32" Mirai HDTV, i have one also, not bad for £400 and does the job nicely - no need to spend silly money and the Mirai proves it
 
I thought Joebob wouldn't buy a 360?

I also have that TV, not bad for the money, but looks better mounted IMO rather than on the stand.

I didn't, it's my lads so I guess I get to try out all three next gen consoles whilst sticking by my "I will never own a 360" quotes ;)

PSP 2

Hey guys,

I have never been a gamer but seen these PSPs, a friend had one and let me borrow it and i kinda like it.

Would it be worth buying one or will a PSP2 be out and if so, when do you think?
 
Lol at ^^ aint no such things as psp2 unless im mistaking. Playstation Portable is cool, sells for cheap money now, go and get yourself one. Plenty ofo games to keep you entertained/busy. What kind of games are you into? :)

im bit behind of the times but is that the SIXAXIS controller? :D

Enough rubbish jokes, i think the ps3 looks quite smart actually, but when it is stacked with edge forward it does look just like a ps2 as some people previously said.
