There is so much choice now! I really want a 40" but i don't know if its too big! I want 1080p but that will probably make my games look rubbish. A relative of mine has a 40" 1080p Sony Bravia W3000 and it is awesome! (the one released in october.

Thinking about getting a Sony Bravia which you get a free PS3 with then sell the PS3 to a mate.

On my 37" PS3 games do look pretty darn bad.

But from a few feet away it's fine, if only they were rendered at 1080P!

May just stick with this for the time being then, the 720p games looked ok on the relatives 1080p sony bravia but that could have been where i was sitting, pretty far away!

Get two TV's, one for games and one for 1080p movies!

Aye it's true but it looks like you're relatively far back so I think it'll look ok.

That would be an ideal but costly solution.

I have a 46f86 and tbh 360 and PS3 look fantastic, even with a screen that big. If anything it enchance the gameplay, but it depends on the tv and if your sitting really close then it wont look as good obviously. To get the most out of 1080p you want as big a screen as possible, I know there is hardly any 1080p games but for blu-ray movies its a must. I think the 40w3000 would be perfect for all your needs

The W3000 and V3000 series you get either a PS3 or blu-ray player, think its only if you buy from sony direct though

A store that is a name of a person did have the deal but it was gone very quick and didnt have a chance to sort a deal out with a mate. Shame!

The W3000 is stunning! Amazed with the Casino Royale Blu Ray on it!

EDIT- Just got this stand through today from Standland! I was going to get it from a highstreet store but it was £200!!! Got it for £94.99! There is probably cheaper but i dare'nt look now!

Not as important as the other 2 consoles. Waiting on some cables to arrive (which i missed today) so i can plug it up to the amp. I can get it coming from the TV but the TV does some fugly stuff to the sound, i want a pure feed from the Wii to the amp.

That's because it's that rubbish I keep waiting till I manage to get a new TV as at the moment, the PS2 is hooked up to a 20" CRT and the 360 has a 19" widescreen TFT.
