It runs through the whole house too
I still have the Samsung in my room, no competition at all though. Pioneer still continues to blow me away with the picture, even 5 months later.
Transformers HD DVD with the sound cranked up is better than a cinema IMO.
I watched wolverine the other day and couldnt help but notice the poor blacks and motion on the big screen

None at all, I do have the orbiter on though so the screen shifts every now and then. To be honest though I have hardly played my Xbox since moving house so haven't done a mega session, my housemate has not noticed any either.
Seriously though, the TV is in another league. Everyone comments on how good the picture is.

It comes with castors which we left off. Thought it looked much better without.

Its quite low though so you need to sit low, I tend to game on my beanbag in my room
It works out about the right height to be sat down for us, though I can imagine if the screen was smaller it might to a bit low.

Did you have to mess with any settings? Or are those settings out of the box? The colour looks fantastic
Bit of a delayed (4 month
) reply, but it's a HP w2408h. Haven't really played around with the settings too much, so I suppose it's pretty much out the box. Awesome for Xbox, and doesn't look too shabby showing TV from the HDMI Freeview box.Cheers dude, it'll be for the living room, but might end up having to leave the castors on ormaking my own, depending on height. Won't know for sure till the new sofa turns up in July.
