shower troubles.

hey all,

the tilt of my shower head is not sufficient enough for me to be able to stand below the shower, the tilt on the riser is just not low enough, the water goes flying into the wall behind me.

I've looked online and I'm looking for something like this:

but looking at the questions it doesn't tilt enough to stand underneath the shower

what are my options here?

right got the new part from amazon

yes all works, the angle of the shower is now perfect
just ONE drawback....

this part here https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00IO0EJRS is incredibly heavy and I am worried about the shower railing coming off from the wall over time... perhaps I am being overly paranoid but is there an alternative that is lighter in weight!?

It would have to be really heavy (several kilograms) to loosen or pull of the riser.
