Suppose there is plenty of time for me yet afterall it was only yesterday.

I emailed Charlotte to say if she requires a reference to prove length of employment reference to email HR rather than contact my Line Manager. This is just Company policy.
To this I got an automated response stating she is out of office til Mon 23rd.

Bit rubbish really as I gave a good interview, but I got an email back yesterday stating I was unsuccessful at the interview.

Oh well better not to be involved with them incase any horrors did occur.
 
Sorry to hear that mate, I'm supposed to say there must have been some sort of concern however knowing the quality of some of the interviewers it could be as something stupid as they didn't fancy you!

If you want to make them defecate themselves email them and ask them for feedback on your interview, they then SHOULD provide you with copies of your answers and a brief summary as to why you didn't get the job.... I'll be very surprised if you recognize what's been written down as your own answers.
 
I have emailed Charlotte for some feedback. I will phone them if need be. In this day and age I would not be surprised for two facedness.

Ah that's unfortunate, from what I gathered from the other folk I was talking to beforehand the interview was just a formality, this seems to alter that. In other news though I have my first 'shift' next Saturday, only stewarding but it will give me an idea of what to expect.

Like I said sorry to hear that and I hope they do manage to give you some feedback or at least some kind of explanation to why.
 
Cheers for your support fellas. I wont let this rest. Until I have unravelled the goings on and the transcript of the notes taken from my Interview.

Bit a blow yesterday. Finally got a reply to the email I sent, asking why I were unsuccessful?

According to them. My answers to the questions were not up to Interview standards. This I do not agree with at all.

However I was told I could reapply in 6 months time. If I wished to do so.

Not to sure I want any further involvement with this poor so called security outfit.
