I use "dude" far too much. And I live in a rural part of Northern Ireland, so it sticks out.

Never used dude. I had a mate who did but he was the skater type, as was I back in my teens. Never used "bro" but have used "bruv" a few times around 16.

I use "dude" far too much.

I find "dude" to mean I've been accepted/respected by the white folk, where as when I'm called "*****" I've either made the black folk laugh or want to punch me
